CONSTEEL Construction has been involved in the implementation of the EFRA project, i.e. Effective Refining, it is an investment implemented by LOTOS in an installation for delayed coking that enables more advanced, deeper processing of crude oil. Thanks to the EFRA installation, heavy residues of the refining process can be converted into high-margin products such as diesel and aviation fuel, while the production of products characterized by low margins such as bitumens and heavy fuel oils will be limited.
The value of the entire investment was estimated at approx. 2.3 billion PLN.
